退换货

免税店商品退换货程序与注意事项
- 1.若是由于顾客个人因素导致的退换货，必须在商品未拆封、未使用的情况下，于领取商品后30天内进行退换货。
  - - 因顾客自身的失误或者使用不当导致丢失或损坏时，不可申请取消/退货。
  - - 因顾客个人理由而退货时，若利用国际邮递方式申请退换货,运费由顾客本人承担。
  - - 或顾客再入境韩国时亲自携带商品，也可以退换货。
- 2. 若商品与广告的内容全然不同，商品领取后3个月内，可申请换货/退货。
  - - 商品质量问题而退换货时，托运费由新罗支付。
- 3. 商品退换货需按照税关法进行。
  - - 将退换货的物品从国外利用国际邮便将物品寄回韩国,或再次把物品携带回韩国,即可进行退换货。
    请注意，携带800美金以上的免税商品入关时，需进行海关申报才能完成退换货手续。
    若携带退换货的物品未超过800美金时,则不需经过海关申报。

出境时未领取商品
- 1. 顾客因故未领取订购商品时,请与客服中心联系。新罗帮您处理退货事宜。
- 2. 若无任何联系，在出境日10天内该订单将自动取消处理。
- 3. 订单被取消后，在15个工作日将全额退还到顾客结帐时所使用的帐号。

取消

1. 若不得已需取消订单，请参考以下说明。
- - 截至商品运送前，您可在"我的新罗"自行取消订购。
- - 若商品已开始运送或已经抵达至取货处,请联系客服中心或于"客服中心>1对1咨询"页面上留言，新罗将竭诚为您处理取消事宜。
2. 申请至取消完成需要一段时间；在非营业时间取消时，最多需花费24小时。
3. 完成取消后，订购时所使用的积分和优惠券将会退还给您(失效的积分和优惠券除外)；您所参加的活动或赠品将失效。
4. 取消订单后无法复原原订单。
5. 取消后再订购时，请注意商品可能会有折扣率、汇率变动导致价格变动，商品/赠品库存不足的状况。
